  1. Place a broadband order with us to get started

  2. Reply to your order confirmation email with proof of your current contract end date

  3. Once you’re installed, we won't charge you until your current contract ends (up to 3 months), so you can enjoy your faster, fairer, flawless service right away

  4. Switch off your old service and enjoy your new connection without delay

  5. When your old contract ends, simply cancel your previous provider
