We only accept Direct Debit payments as this is preferred by the majority of our customers. We set up a Direct Debit mandate when you place an order, but we don't request the first payment until your installation has been completed.

Thereafter, you will receive your monthly bill on approximately the same day of the month.

We believe in treating every customer fairly. Unlike other providers we don't believe in mid-contract price rises - once you've chosen one of our amazing packages your price won't change during your contract term.

We love when our customers share how great our service is. To say thank you, if any of your friends signup then after 3 months we add a £60 credit to both of your accounts. There's no limit to how many friends customers can refer.

Referring is easy - friends just need to know your email address when placing their order.

Full fibre or Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) only uses fibre optic cables to deliver broadband, allowing speeds in excess of 2000 Mbps.

Other providers tend to use Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC). That means the faster fibre optic cables only go to a box on the street. Older, slower copper cables then take the connection the rest of the way.

ADSL technology only uses older Victorian copper cables.

Connect Fibre was created in 2019 to bring full fibre broadband to as many communities as possible.

We only offer full fibre broadband, with no copper wires in sight. All of our team are based in the UK, including our super friendly customer support team.

We are backed by Foresight Group, a major investment fund with over £8 Billion under management.

If you need more help, there are several options available. We have a comprehensive Knowledge Base full of useful guides and information.

Because we've built our own network, your old service isn't automatically cancelled once we've connected you to our full fibre service. You'll have to contact your old provider to cancel your service - our Knowledge Base has the contact details if you need them for the larger providers.

We recommend that you cancel your old service only after our service is up and running.

We work as fast as we can to connect all homes, but it can take us several months to complete the build of our new network in a town. If you are registered, we will notify you as soon as your house can be connected.

For some areas you can also place a pre-order a few months before your home is ready to be connected. This allows you to lock in the best offers - even if you don't get installed until your current deal is over. Don't worry, we still won't charge you a penny until your service has been installed.

Yes. We have created a nifty little wizard that will help you select the right package for your home. It's easy - all you have to do is answer 3 quick questions.

It is amazingly easy and simple to install Connect Fibre in your home or business. In most cases our friendly engineers will have you connected to your new full fibre broadband and Wi-Fi 7 service within 1-2 hours of their arrival at your property.

Our Installation Guide covers our installation process in more detail.

Yes, although you should check with your current provider first to see if they will continue to offer you a phone service after switching your broadband to Connect Fibre.

We are building our full fibre network in many towns across the UK, with new homes added daily to our network.

You can check if your home can order Connect Fibre by simply entering your postcode into our checker. If your home isn't covered yet, don't worry - just register your details and we'll send you a message when we are in your area.

We are licenced by the telecoms regulator Ofcom which allows us to re-use where possible existing ducts and telegraph poles to install our full fibre network.

Only when this isn't possible will we carry out fresh construction work, where we work closely with local agencies to minimise any disruption and to ensure all work is carried out safely.

Unlike other providers who quote speeds as "Up To" or "Average" because we connect all our customers via the latest full fibre technology, we can guarantee our speeds.

Yes. You can stream, chat, work, game, and experience limitless possibilities. Our Acceptable Use Policy is designed to protect our network for our users, not to slow you down.

Our full fibre network not only provides amazing, guaranteed speeds up to 2000 Mbps 24x7 to download new games or updates - our high-quality network also delivers the very low pings and latency gamers need for the best frags possible!

We do offer a phone service. You can keep your handset and your phone number and make unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles with full fibre broadband

Wi-Fi 7 (also known as 802.11be) is the next big leap in Wi-Fi technology, building on the foundation of Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax). Just like Wi-Fi 6 improved speed, efficiency, and capacity over Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 7 takes things even further with even faster speeds, lower latency, and improved performance in crowded networks.

While Wi-Fi 6 is already a game-changer—fully utilising the ultra-fast speeds of our network—Wi-Fi 7 is set to push the boundaries even more, making it ideal for high-bandwidth activities like 8K streaming, cloud gaming, and next-gen smart home devices.

Wireless connections are always slower than wired Ethernet connections, but Wi-Fi 7 significantly boosts potential speeds compared to previous generations. While Wi-Fi 6 routers deliver speeds between 200 and 400 Mbps, Wi-Fi 7 can offer even faster wireless performance, depending on factors like your device capabilities and network environment.

Connect Mesh extends the range of our amazing Wi-Fi 7 routers, by providing up to two extra nodes for your home. Using our easy-to-use app, these nodes can be used to deliver ultra-fast, super-responsive, seamless broadband in every corner of your home.

We're confident that you'll be amazed - Wi-Fi 7 Connect Mesh comes with the UK's best Wi-Fi guarantee. If you don't get at least 120 Mbps in every room, we'll refund your last payment once you return the nodes.
