Receiving Your First Bill
Once your installation is successfully completed, you can expect to receive your first bill within 24-72 hours.
Billing in Advance
Please be aware we bill in advance. This means that your first bill will cover the upcoming billing period, ensuring that your service remains uninterrupted.
What Your First Bill Includes
Your bill will include:
- Service Charges: The cost of the package you have selected plus any credit that may be applied*.
- Any additional services you've taken: For example, Connect Mesh, Connect Phone or Static IP.
- VAT & Surcharges: Any relevant VAT as required and any other charges, for example end of contract fees if you leave your contract early.
