A guide to compatible phones with Connect Phone!
Most home phones are compatible with connect phone!
So long as your home phone has a cable in the base that will plug into the phone adapter we provide.
If you have a VoIP ready/compatible handset that does not have a traditional RJ-11 telephone cable from the base it will not be compatible with Connect Phone. Unfortunately these phones can require complicated set up on a web interface and we've tried to make it as easy and accessible as possible!
Most home phones will have an RJ-11 telephone cable from the base which will plug into the back of a router or into a BT Master Socket on the wall. Our Phone adapter was chosen to allow us to support as many handsets as possible.
We can't guarantee every handset will work as there may be incompatibility with older phones. But most will work!
We couldn't advise you on a make or model as we don't supply them, but we're confident that in most cases you will not need to buy a new phone to get your home phone working with us!
