Guide to installing and connecting our mobile application to control your Connect Fibre Wi-Fi router
When your Connect Fibre broadband is installed, our friendly engineer will help you setup the mobile app that allows you to easily control your Connect Wi-Fi router.
If you need to re-install or want to install the app on other devices, then follow the simple steps below.

2. Configure the application
- Ensure that your phone/tablet is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Tap Log in.
- There are two ways to log in for the first time. Either you can 'Create an email login' at the bottom of the screen or you can 'Use Router Password'.
- The quickest and easiest way to log into the router is by tapping on 'Use Router Password'.
- Next tap 'Reset Password' (as it is your first time here).
- It'll ask for the 'Recovery Key' which you can find on the bottom of the Router plugged into the ONT (box on the wall).
- Once you've entered the 'Recovery Key' it'll prompt you to create a password and then reenter it. Once you've done this you'll then have to log in. You'll then have access to the app and be able to use all the features the app has on offer!
Once you have the app installed you'll have a lot of options to customize, you can change your network name and password if you'd like to! Run the Channel Finder, do Speed Tests to check what your speed is into the router or set up your Parental Controls. And much more!
