A guide with simple instructions factory resetting your Connect Fibre router.
In some circumstances you may be asked during trouble shoot to factory reset your Connect Fibre Router or even a Child Node. If asked to do this the process is the same for either. However please be mindful that it can take a bit of time and if you have any Mesh nodes they will also need to be reset and set back up again.
- Find the reset button and position your router so you can see the light on the top.
- Press and hold the reset button.
- You will see the light pulse red, do not let go until the light goes out. Important: If you see any other light pattern, please try this step again.
- Please wait for 5 minutes as the light on the top of the router will cycle through different colours while it is resetting itself.
