Your Customer Portal is a fantastic way for you to create, view and manage your tickets.
From here you can:
- File a Support Ticket for any new issues
- View progress on existing tickets
- Check Activity
- View Status of tickets
Click here to access your Customer Portal.
Submitting a Ticket
To submit a new ticket just click on the link at the top of the portal page: File a Support Ticket.
Fill in the required fields and click Submit. Your ticket will now go through to the Support team and will be actioned.
