A guide on setting up Call Barring on your Connect Phone.
Follow the below steps to set up Call Barring on the Web Portal:
- Log into the Web Portal.
- On the menu bar, click on Answering Rules.
- Click on Allow/Block
- Here you can block anonymous / unknown callers by ticking the box. Or you can manually add any numbers you'd like to Block.
- To add a number, please type 44 before the number. e.g. 447123456789
- Click Done to save these settings and bring them into immediate effect.
