A guide to pre-ordering Connect Fibre Broadband.
So the pre-orders for your are are open, but how do you go about pre-ordering your Connect Fibre broadband? You could call us if you like and we can talk you through it or if you would like to do this yourself you can do this online too.

Once you have settled on your package, look for the 'Check Postcode' button that is on our homepage.
Clicking through the 'Check Postcode' button will take you to a window that will allow you to enter your postcode and find the house number or name.
If you are struggling with the 'Check Postcode' button, try Google Chrome as we are aware of hiccups with other browsers.
Once you have entered the postcode and hit "Go" it will then take you through to the next screen. Here it will give you the options available for your address. If pre-orders are open, you will be able to place yours here.
If you can't see a 'Pre-order' option here, you can still register and you will get updates of when we are coming into your area. If their is a banner which says: 'Great news! We'll be in *your area* soon' we are building our network in your area, however the pre-orders haven't opened yet. If the screen says 'Sorry, Connect Fibre isn't available just yet' you can still register your interest, and this helps give us an indication of where there is interest for us to build our network. Registering will keep you updated on our progress and if the pre-orders aren't open will let you know when they are.
Next we can see that we can choose the package you're interested. The drop down box has all of the broadband packages we supply and it'll update the 'Order Summary' appropriately with pricing.
Any discount will be applied automatically in the 'Order Summary'. If you would like to add Mesh, tap the slider and the pricing will adjust automatically.
Fill in 'Your Details' on the left side of the screen and then scroll down to the bottom of the page.
When you are ready read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions and press 'Payment details'. Next you will be taken to a secure screen to input your direct debit details - do not worry! You won't pay a penny until your broadband has been installed!
On the secure screen make sure your email address is the same as the one you used on the 'Your Details' section of the pre-order form.
Once you hit 'Confirm' your pre-order has been placed and a confirmation email will be sent to you summarising your package.
By placing a pre-order with us you are under no obligation to take it but it will lock pre-order discounts in place for you. We require no deposit or a penny from you until you are installed!
