A guide to our Connect TV Software Updates
We're always improving our software so that our customers enjoy the most seamless experience possible when watching TV. Much like changing the tires on your car, updates are a necessary part of using technology now and without them things start to break!
Simply follow these steps and leave the rest to us!Software Updates
1. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
2. Navigate to the 'Settings' menu on your Connect TV device.
3. Under the 'General' row, select 'Advanced'.
4. Enter your PIN.
5. Select 'Connect to our services' (if there is a software update, your Connect TV device will start upgrading).
If there isn't an update to download, congratulations! You're already enjoying the best that Connect TV has to offer! All you need to do now is relax and let your Connect TV device do the talking.
