A guide on the Welcome Email for your Connect Phone Portal and also resetting your password!
Once your number porting has completed, you'll receive a Welcome Email from the Connect Phone Portal! This'll contain your username and will prompt you to create a password to access the portal. Your username is unique to you, however it is not your email address. If you are unsure what your username is, either look for your Welcome Email or you can contact Customer Service who will send it to you!

Welcome Email
This will be similar to what your Welcome Email looks like!
- 01223080790A@DemoDomainCF is Billy Telephone's Username.
- Please be mindful that the capital letters must go in the correct place otherwise you won't be able to log in!
- To set up a Password, either click on the 'Complete Setup' yellow button or the link below that.
- Please note that you will have 72hrs from the time this email was sent to you to complete the set up of your account before the link expires!
- If this time has elapsed you can reset your password through the Forgot Password link on the Connect Phone Portal login page with the Username from the Welcome email.
- Choose a New Password that is unique to you, your New Password cannot contain your telephone number.
- It must also contain 1 capital letter and be a minimum of 8 characters long.
- Once you've repeated the new password in the Confirm Password box, choose a Voicemail Pin.
- The Voicemail Pin will be unique to you when you want to listen to messages left for you from missed calls. If you ever need to change this you can do so by getting in touch with Customer Service, otherwise the Default Voicemail Pin is 0000.
- Now you'll be able to log into the Portal!
- If you have requested a new Welcome Email please be aware that the new email may arrive in the same thread as the previous one. This can also happen with multiple Password Resets so just check the date and time the email has arrived to you on the thread before trying the link!
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password there are a couple of ways for us to help you reset it. Either the Customer Service team can send you a password reset link, or you can do this from the log in page!
- Go to the Connect Phone Portal Login Page.
- Look for Forgot Password.
- This will prompt you for your Username.
- Enter in your Username and click on Send. (If you are unsure what your Username is please contact Customer Service.)
- This will request an email be sent to you with a password reset link. When it arrives open it up and the email you receive should look similar to the below image.
- Click on the button Reset Password or you can click on the link or paste it into a browser.
- Create a New Password, it'll need to be a minimum of 8 characters long and have 1 capital letter. Your telephone number cannot be part of your password. Re-type your new password into the Confirm Password box. Hit save.
- Now you can log back into the portal with your new details if it doesn't log you straight back in!
- If you are unsure what your Username is or have not received your Welcome Email, even after checking your Spam/Junk folders, please contact Customer Service!
