A guide to the buyouts and credits we provide so we can help you leave your current provider.

Do you want to leave your current provider earlier? We can help you with that so you can join Connect Fibre and get a faster, fairer, flawless full fibre service from us. 

We're happy to help you move to our service quicker! All we need is proof of your contract end date from your current provider before you book your installation!

How it Works?

  • Place a broadband order for your package.* (Unfortunately we do not offer buyouts for our Essentials packages.) 

  • Reply to your order confirmation email with proof of your contract end date. (Such as with a copy of your contract from your previous provider.) 

  • When you are installed, we will give you a credit for up to £100, depending on your contract end date with your current provider.

  • This way you can turn off your old service if you do not wish to break early and pay the early termination fee and enjoy our service sooner without any delay.
  • When your previous contract ends, if you've let it continue please remember to cancel the service as we're unable to do this on your behalf!

More Details

  • If you are transferring your number to us this sometimes cancels your existing service when the number moves to us. If you'd like to wait on number porting because you are opting in for a buyout to avoid paying out an early termination fee, please let us know before your installation date. 
  • We'll honour buyouts on most of our packages! We can't honour them on our Essential packages as they're already discounted.

  • We'd just need details of your contract end date with your current provider before you book in for your installation with us.
