Connect Fibre IP Ranges (Internal)

Each customer router is assigned an WAN/Router IP -Sometimes we need to check this to see if the customer is on CGNAT, Public or a Static IP. Additionally, we can determine which data centre they are connected too i.e LD7 or THS

How to check what IP is assigned to the router?

  1. On the customer device, go to whatismyipaddress.com or whatismyip.com.
  2. Ask the customer to tell you their IPv4 address or request a screenshot.
  3. Cross-reference the IPv4 address with the tables below ⬇️
  4. Determine if the customer is on CGNAT, Public, or Static IP and identify their data center (THS or LD7)
