Can I change my package with you?*

A quick guide to changing your package with us!

If you're thinking, "I really want to have a Mesh." or "Actually, I should've really ordered the Hypersonic Package." we can change your order for you! We can add on any of our services or products or change your package! This includes switching to a package with a quicker or slower speed, adding or removing Connect TV, Connect Phone, Connect Mesh or a Static IP.

You can amend your order yourself on your Connect Fibre Dashboard, or you can get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we'll amend your order for you!

TIP: If you're already connected with us and would like to downgrade your package or take off an add on there may be an early termination fee so we'd recommend speaking to a Customer Service Agent!

I've Pre-Ordered/Ordered can I change my order? 

Yes!

We think its only fair that if you decide to change your order you can! If you'd like to opt in for a Mesh or a different package we can change your order for you at any time! There's no cost to do so and your order is still no obligation. 

I've booked my installation but would like to change my package can I do this?

Yes! 

If you would like to change your order before we get you installed we can do this. Please note your 14 day cooling off period starts from the date you book your installation!

I'm already installed and have been with you for a few months, can I change my order?

Yes!

If you'd like to add a service on to your package or upgrade to a quicker speed, you can change your package at any point during your 18month contract!

If you're adding a service like Connect TV or a Static IP you'll start off a new 18month contract with us including this new service. Or if you want to go for a quicker package, we can send you a Wi-Fi 6 Pro router out if you're switching to Hypersonic from another package!

However if you are looking to take a service off or downgrade, you may face an early termination fee for breaking with the contract early! Once the downgrade is complete and any early termination fee has been cleared, you'll be opted into a new 18 month contract on the downgraded package.
