Connect Fibre Smart Home Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Connect Fibre Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Connect Fibre, their families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must complete the Connect Fibre Smart Home Survey in full.
3.2 The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3.3 Entries must be submitted before the closing date specified in the survey invitation.
4. Prize
4.1 There are five (5) prizes available, each consisting of a £100 Amazon voucher.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
5.2 The survey closing date is the 25th March 2025 at 11.59pm.
5.3 The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the survey closing.
5.4 Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, a new winner may be selected at Connect Fibre’s discretion.
6. General
6.1 Connect Fibre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
6.2 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6.3 Connect Fibre’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the prize draw.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with Connect Fibre’s privacy policy.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
