At Connect Fibre, March has been a whirlwind of activity! Our connectors have been chatting to residents all across the UK and deeply engaged in our communities and offering unwavering support.
From beer festivals and paintings to chatting to communities about the wonders of our full fibre broadband, we've been thrilled to maintain our presence in the towns and communities we serve.
Let's take a look at what we have been up to over the last month...
1. Sutton Beer Festival 🍻
In March we were proud to be the main sponsors of the Sutton Beer Festival. We love supporting local community events and our fibre experts were eager to engage with members of the community. Amidst the clinking of glasses and music, our team of fibre experts had the chance to chat with festival-goers, discussing our fantastic offer over a refreshing beer or two. Check out some of the images we took over the 2 days.
2. Thornensians Rugby Club Sponsors' Day 🏉
Recently our fibre experts enjoyed a fantastic day out at Thornensians RUFC for their sponsors' day! It was a delightful opportunity for us to connect with club members and engage with fellow local sponsors over an incredible lunch provided by the club. During the day, our experts also had the chance to watch the first team and meet some of the U11s team, whom we proudly sponsor.
3. Fibre Experts in your Community 💬
Our experts have been about and about in Hadleigh, Carlton-in-Lindrick, Stainforth as well as many other towns this month. They have enjoyed engaging in conversations with residents about the advantages of our full-fibre broadband. Explore some of the areas they visited in the images below:
4. Getting Creative with our Partnerships 🎨
Last month our skilled partner and talented watercolor artist from Bolsover, Matthew Palmer, picked up his brush and took on the challenge of painting our logo. Check out how he did it in a time-lapse video showcasing his artistic talents.
5. Connecting with Cambridgeshire 🔗
In March, we hosted an incredible event in Bluntisham where our connectors were excited to engage with Cambridgeshire residents and share insights about our cutting-edge full-fibre broadband at the David Morris Community Room on Mill Lane in Bluntisham.
It was a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with the community and provide valuable information about our services. Plus, to make the gathering even more enjoyable, we had a delightful spread of tea, chocolate, and biscuits for everyone to indulge in.
