We now seek a dynamic, ambitious individual to join our Delivery Team.
The Role
You will take charge of a newly created Project Control Team where you will maximise the team’s potential giving outstanding project delivery. Specifically:
- Leading and helping to build up a lean team of junior PMs and Co-ordinators.
- Be an enabler of benefits realisation through successful end-to-end delivery of change initiatives.
- To build cross-workstream relationships to drive strategic alignment for the business objectives.
- Provide detailed reporting on all the Delivery departments’ workstreams.
- Design ‘custom project delivery ecosystems’ with your expertise in Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and/or other hybrid frameworks.
- Detailed task and people management.
- Orchestrating and delivering on a set of KPIs.
- Driving the accountability plan.
- Working with the Chief Delivery Officer and Department Heads to explore new ways of working and technology that will add to our levelling-up plan.
- Managing and applying ownership to each of the Delivery business unit’s projects.
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies with the wider team.
