We now seek dynamic, ambitious individual to join our Delivery Team.
As a Network Active Field Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our active network. Leveraging a robust background in both active and passive networks, you'll bring a diverse skill set and confidence in handling various equipment.
Your proficiency should encompass an understanding of IP technology, enabling you to conduct basic troubleshooting on routers and OLTs. Moreover, practical knowledge of electrical circuitry and hands-on experience with live active network equipment is essential. Provisioning, maintaining and improving street cabinets to make them more efficient at the operational level
Your expertise in passive network troubleshooting, utilizing tools such as power meters and iOLMs to address optical faults will be invaluable.
Reporting to the NAFS Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Network Engineering and NOC teams on projects related to building new sites, resolving faults, and conducting preventative maintenance at the Core, Aggregation, and Access levels.
