Connect Fibre was created in 2019 to bring full fibre broadband to as many communities as possible.

We only offer full fibre broadband, with no copper wires in sight. All of our team are based in the UK, including our super friendly customer support team.

We are backed by Foresight Group, a major investment fund with over £8 Billion under management.

Full fibre or Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) only uses fibre optic cables to deliver broadband, allowing speeds in excess of 1000 Mbps.

Other providers tend to use Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC). That means the faster fibre optic cables only go to a box on the street. Older, slower copper cables then take the connection the rest of the way.

ADSL technology only uses older Victorian copper cables.

Unlike other providers who quote speeds as "Up To" or "Average" because we connect all our customers via the latest full fibre technology, we can guarantee our speeds. For our packages <500Mbps our guarantees are equal to the maximum speed of the line.

For our top Hypersonic 1000Mbps package we only guarantee 900Mbps (that's still very, very fast!) - not because we can't deliver 1000Mbps, but because it is hard to achieve speeds faster than this without expensive network equipment that few customers have.

We believe in treating every customer fairly. Unlike other providers we don't believe in mid-contract price rises - once you've chosen one of our amazing packages your price won't change during your contract term.

We also don't believe in loyalty taxes - once your contract terms end you can choose from the same deals available to new customers.

Yes. We have created a nifty little wizard that will help you select the right package for your home. It's easy - all you have to do is answer 3 quick questions.

We work as fast as we can to connect all homes, but it can take us several months to complete the build of our new network in a town. If you are registered, we will notify you as soon as your house can be connected.

For some areas you can also place a pre-order a few months before your home is ready to be connected. Pre-orders receive an extra 10% off the first contract - you have to be quick though as there's only a short window for pre-orders. Don't worry, we still won't charge you a penny until your service has been installed.

Because we've built our own network, your old service isn't automatically cancelled once we've connected you to our full fibre service. You'll have to contact your old provider to cancel your service - our Knowledge Base has the contact details if you need them for the larger providers.

We recommend that you cancel your old service only after our service is up and running.

Connect Fibre Connects our First Bolsover Customer!

We are delighted to announce that we have connected our first customer in the Nottinghamshire town of Bolsover. Residents of the town can now enjoy full fibre broadband with speeds of up to 900Mbps. Bolsover joins other Nottinghamshire towns Creswell and Edwinstowe in benefiting from Connect Fibre's hyperfast broadband speeds.

Update on when Connect Fibre is coming to Bolsover and Creswell

We've been working hard to bring our full fibre network to Bolsover and Creswell and, as previously promised, we were on track to complete this work and to contact customers this month to book installations.
